John Davis Park Community Center

     The John Davis Park Gymnasium & Community Center has been completed and is now
available for rental.  Rental prices are as followers:

     1.  Lacombe area Non-Profit Organizations,         2.  Lacombe Rec District Board members
          except regious organizations.  No charge              and employees:  $75 an hour, minimum 
          unless entry fees are charged.                                 of four (4) hours.

     3.  Lacombe area Private Events such as             4.  Lacombe area "money making events"
          birthday parties, wedding receptions and              $150 an hour with a minimum of four
          graduation parties:  $100 an hour, with a               (4) hours.

     A Contract must be filled out and approved before a date and event is authorized.

     The Community Center is owned and operated by St. Tammany Parish Recreation District
#4.  For rental, the following conditions must be agreed to:

     1.  Rental fee will be determined by the hours used and type of event and fee must
          be paid ten (10) days prior to event.

     2.  A $200 cleaning/damage deposit must be made at time of contract signing.  Deposit
          is refundable provided there is no damage to inside or outside of facility and the facility
          is left clean of all trash including decorations and table covers and skirts.  Disposal of
          trash is the responsibility of renter.

    3.  A concession stand is available for use but no cooking, other than microwave, is
         prohibited.

    4.  Alcoholic beverages may be served but a sheriff's deputy will be retained by the District
         and be on the premises 1/2 hour before start of event and until the facility is cleared after
         the event.  Deputy will be paid, in cash, on site by the renter at $30.00 per hour ($120.00
         minimum.

    5.  Set-up and take down of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the user.

A copy of Rules and Regulations will be given to the renter and conditions must be complied
with.
